Fun Fiesta Chicken Party Cups

Who wouldn't enjoy a nice southwestern party chicken cup! Filled with sour cream, taco seasoning, southwestern flavored chicken, black beans, mexican cheese, red bell pepper, and topped with French's Cheddar French Fried Onions! So delicious!!!!!!!!!!! Not only does this delicious appetizer bring my family many smiles but it also has my family begging for seconds!!!!!!! Try one and you will find out you will be smiling to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

2/3 cup Sour Cream

1 packet of taco seasoning

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 cup shredded mexican cheese

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup chopped refrigerated fully cooked southwestern chicken strips

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 48 mini muffin cups with No-Stick Cooking Spray. In medium bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning until well blended. Stir in red bell pepper, Mexican cheese,salt,pepper, and black beans. Fold in southwestern cubed chicken.Unroll both cans of crescent dough; separate into total of 8 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.Cut each rectangle into 6 (2-inch) squares. Press 1 square in bottom and up side of each mini muffin cup. Spoon slightly less than 1 tablespoon chicken filling into each cup.Bake 10 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown. The last five minutes of cooking evenly top each cup with French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions. Cool 2 minutes; remove from pan to serving platter. Serve warm.
