Frrench's Party Oven Fried Chicken

This has been a family favorite for years! Sure to please and easy to prepare. It is great for a party, picnic, potluck or a large family.

Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

5 lb Chicken Thighs

3 cup Corn Flakes

2 tbsp Dried Rosemary

1 tbsp Dried Thyme

2 tbsp Lemon Pepper

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp salt

Directions:

Combine in food processor all ingredients except for chicken & mustard. Combine until corn flakes & French's French Fried Onions are crumbly. Set aside in wide flat bowl. Wash chicken thighs and dry thoroughly. Coat each thigh with French's Dijon Mustard. Dredge each piece of chicken into the bowl of French's French Fried Onions & corn flakes mixture. Be sure to coat each side well. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown and crusty and chicken is tender. Serves: 12
Number of chicken thighs may vary depending on chicken size. This recipe may be used for any cut chicken pieces. You can cut calories by removing the chicken skin prior to preparation of the dish.
