Fried chicken fillets with creole mustard sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp prepared horseradish

1/4 tsp minced garlic

4 boneless chicken breast

1 cup all purpose flour

24 oz oil for frying

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp pepper

Directions:

Whisk together mayonnaise, spicy mustard, prepared horseradish, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until thoroughly blended, set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Dust chicken lightly with seasoned flour, shaking off any excess. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium, and sauté chicken in batches for 3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels and allow to drain for 1 to 2 minutes. Arrange fried chicken fillets on serving platter, and pouring about 1 cup of sauce over chicken. Use the 1/2 cup that is left to serve at the table.
