1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1 lb GROUND TURKEY

4 oz SUNDRIED TOMATOES

4 oz ROASTED RED PEPPERS

3 tbsp PARSLEY

1 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING

1 tsp GARLIC

Directions:

PUT GROUND TURKEY IN BOWL, ADD CHOPPED SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS( CAN BE CUT WITH SCISSORS ), THEN ADD MUSTARD, PARSLEY, CHOPPED GARLIC, AND ITALIAN SEASONING. MIX WELL AND SHAPE INTO A BURGER PATTY. LIGHTLY GREASE PAN WITH PAM OR OLIVE OIL AND FRY ( CAN ALSO BE BAKED IN OVEN)
THIS DISH CAN BE A BURGER WITH: BUN AND POTATO CHIPS, FRIES, OR SWEET POTATO FRIES PASTA( FRENCHY'S TURKEY SHAPED LIKE MEATBALLS) MASH POTATOES AND BROWN GRAVY BAKED POTATO WITH SOUR CREAM
