French's Smothered Cauliflower Bake

My kids love the gooey cheesy parts and of course the taste. My husband never liked cauliflower but he'll eat seconds this way.

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

6 cup 2 small cauliflowers

2 cup Shredded Provolone cheese

10.75 oz 1-103/4oz can Campbells condensed Cream of Onion Soup

10.75 oz 1 can of lowfat milk (Campbells Can)

.25 tsp vegetable spray to coat baking dish

16 cup water

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Bring pot of salted water to boil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the cauliflower stems off then add cauliflower tops to boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes until fork tender and drain water. In medium bowl combine Campbells soup, milk and pepper. Put back in pot and add soup mixture and toss till well combined. Spray 9x13 baking dish with Vegetable Oil Spray. Add provolone cheese and 1 cup of French's onions to cauliflower and toss again. Add to baking dish sprinkle with 1/2 cup of French's fried onions and bake for 25 minutes.
Can use frozen cauliflower eliminate boiling water step. And bake for 30 minutes. Can also put dish under broiler for 1-2 minutes after baking for added cruchiness.
