Very economical, comfort food and my family loves it better than a T-bone. Very quick on a work night and special enough for weekend company.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 cup water
Directions:
1 egg
1/2 cup crushed french's french fried onions
1 tbls worcestershire sauce plus tomato juice to equal 1/2 cup
1 lb. ground beef
2 envelopes brown gravy mix
2 cups water
Combine egg, onions, worcestershire sauce with tomato juice, then add ground beef. Shape into oblong patties and brown in skillet. Combine
gravy mixes with water and pour over patties. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes so you have something yummy to put the gravy on besides the beef!
