French's Mini Meatloafs

My youngest son LOVES mustard, he is a very picky eater, when I make this all is well with the world.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

4.5 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

2 eggs

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1.5 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking pan with pan spray and set aside. In a large bowl combine the eggs, worcestershire sauce, the rest of the french fried onions, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper; mix well. Add the beef mix well with hands. Divide into 5 pieces, shape into a small football shape loaf, place in prepared baking dish, continue until all loaves are complete. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on top of each loaf, then top with reserved french fried onions. Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160 degrees. Remove from oven allow to set for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
For the french fried onions, reserve 10-15 pieces, place the rest in a food processor and pulse until mixture is the size of oatmeal.
