French's Kielbassa Stew

Easy, tasty and light in fat and calories!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

1 lb Turkey Keilbassa

3 cup 3 medium Potatoes

10 oz Beer

2 cup Frozen Green beans

1/2 cup Chopped onion

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Chopped garlic

Directions:

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Parboil for @ 7 minutes. Meanwhile, slice keilbassa into 1/2 inch pieces. Heat oil on medium heat, add garlic and onion, cook for 3-4 minutes, add kielbassa for 3-4 mintues. Add beer and bring to a rolling boil, drain and add potatoes, contiue to boil for 10-15 minutes to reduce liquid. Add mustard, continue to boil for 5 minutes, add green beans for an additional 5 mintues cook time. Cover and remove from heat. Let set for 5 minutes and serve.
