French’s Honey Mustard Vegetable Pita

These sandwiches are healthy and so flavorful with French's Honey Dijon. They are easy to make and good for you.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

4 Whole Wheat Pita Breads

4 cup Romaine lettuce

1.5 cup frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend

1.25 cup mushrooms

2 tbsp salsa

1 cup celery

Directions:

Add canned green beans to the mixture and cook for 3 more minutes or until all the vegetables are tender. Strain the vegetables and place them in a bowl. Mix together the cooked vegetables, celery and mushrooms. Add the romaine lettuce to the cooked vegetables and toss until mixed. In your salad bowl, lay out one slice of wheat pita bread and cover with vegetable salad mixture. Mix in 1/4 of French’s Honey Dijon Mustard and 1/4 of salsa and toss until combined. Enjoy!
