French's Honey Mustard Pork Chops with Honey Mustard Gravy

Kids love these sweet and crunch pork chops!

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

4 Pork Chops

3 cup Crushed Crackers

1 Lemon

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Butter

1 Shallot chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Coat generously with French's Honey Mustard. Press crushed crackers all over pork chops. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium - medium high heat. Fry pork chops until cooked through and crust is golden brown. Cover pork chops with tin foil to keep warm. To make gravy, add butter to pan pork chops were cooked in. Add shallot and cook over medium heat until soft. Add 3 tbsp French's Honey Mustard and whisk until smooth. Add zest of one lemon and about half of the juice. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve gravy over pork chops.
