At the end of the day everyone at our house wants to know whats for dinner. This Honey Dijon Pizza always brings out the smiles. We can each get into adding what ever we want. Even French's porcini peppers make a great addition. We love pizza, and now, we love our new Honey Dijon Pizza. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
4 Pizza Crust, ready made, individual
4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
4 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 cup Pineapple tidbits and the juice, one small can
8 oz Package sliced Ham lunch meat
1 cup Mushrooms, blue cheese, Green peppers, olives, all optional
Directions:
Pre heat oven 425 degrees
You will need cookie sheets or pizza pans, ungreased
In a large mixing bowl, add the 4/3 Cup French's Dijon Honey Mustard to the 4 Cups of cheese along with the juice from the can of pineapple. Reserve the pineapple tidbits. Incorporated the French's Dijon Honey Mustard until all the cheese is well coated.
Assemble your 4 pizza crust on your baking sheets and add 1 Tablespoon of pizza sauce over the top of each crust.
Divide the cheese mixture into 4 servings, using a spatula, apply the Honey Dijon Cheese mixture to each crust.
Dice the Ham and spply an even serving to each pizza top.
Dot the Pizza with the pineapple tidbits and Bake at 425 degrees for 10 tminutes, placing your pizza baking sheets on the middle oven rack.
Remove pizza after 10 minutes and add 1/4 cup of French's Cheddar French Fried Onions to the top of each pizza. Pop back into the oven for 1 minute.
Remove from oven and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes, Slice and Serve.
