French's Honey Dijon Chicken

It is fast, uses limited ingredients but tastes like it is from a sophisticated restaurant!

SERVINGS 2
COOK TIME 10 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1 tsp garlic, use 1-2 cloves, crushed

8 oz chicken, skinless, boneless breast cut in strips

1 tbsp Olive oil

1/8 cup parsley, fresh

1/2 cup Heavy cream

1 tsp butter

Directions:

Heat up olive oil over medium in pan. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breast into thin strips and cook. Once cooked, remove chicken from heat and drain any oil from pan. Heat crushed garlic in butter over medium until aromatic. Clean pan. Mix heavy cream, garlic, French's honey dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Add to pan with chicken and heat over medium, stirring frequently. Heat until warm and until sauce is a little thick - between 5-10 minutes, depending on preference for thickness of sauce. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Please note that garlic should be measured by cloves - the submission form made me select a quantity, so I selected tsp but recipe calls for 1-2 cloves not 1-2 tsps!
