French's Heavenly Deviled Eggs

These savory little eggs are great for brunch, and although they must be assembled just before serving, the components may be prepared 1 to 2 days in advance.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

12 Eggs

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Pre-cooked smokey bacon slices (chopped)

2 Pre-cooked smokey bacon slices (garnish)

Directions:

1. Hard-boil, chill and peel 12 eggs. Rinse, pat dry and cut eggs in half length-wise. 2. Gently pop yolks out of egg whites, put yolks into a bowl and mash. 3. Add 1/3 cup of mayonnaise to egg yolks, add more to taste if desired. 4. Rough chop bacon to get 1/2 cup, and 1/2 cup French's French fried onions. 5. Just before serving, fold bacon and French's french friend onions into mayonnaise mixture. 6. By rounded teaspoon, drop mayonnaise mixture into egg halves. 7. Garnish half of the eggs with 2 slices of chopped bacon and half with remaining 1/4 cup of rough-chopped French's french fried onions. 8. Serve within one hour of assembly.
To make ahead, prepare all ingredients 1 to 2 days early. Just before serving, add bacon and French's french fried onions to yolk mixture.
