French's Festive Roast Beef Crostini

Family gatherings always bring lots of fun, memories, and food! These festive party appetizers are a great way to bring family and friends together and keep them coming back for more. Every sweet, savory, and spicy bite is a perfectly balanced culinary explosion that brings a smile of satisfaction to my loved ones. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

4 oz whipped cream cheese, room temperature

1 baguette bread, cut into 24 1-inch slices

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef, each slice cut in half

2/3 cup red raspberry preserves

3 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and horseradish mustard. Cover and set aside. On a large ungreased cookie sheet, place the bread slices. Bake 6-8 minutes, or until crisp and lightly toasted. Top bread slices with cream cheese-horseradish spread, 2 teaspoons French's French Fried Onions, 1 (half) slice of roast beef, and 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves. Arrange crostini on a large serving platter. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
