FRENCH'S Easy Potatoes

People ALWAYS come back for seconds and rave about how great they are. This makes everyone smile.

Ingredients:

4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 lb Frozen hash brown potatoes thawed

16 oz sour cream

10 oz cream of chicken soup

2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup butter or margarine melted

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Crush 4 cups of French's french fried onions, put 1/2 of this aside. Combine 1/2 of the French's french fried onions and all other ingredients, mix well and place in a greased 9" X 13" pan. Sprinkle French's remaining crushed french fried onions on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbley.
This is so easy to make for partys you can prepare a day ahead. And bake just before your party. Everything should be this easy!
