Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

2 tbsp apricot preserves

2 cup beef broth

1.5 lb deli sliced roast beef

1/2 tsp grill steak seasoning

4 torpedo sandwich rolls

1 cup fresh arugula leaves

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

In a large, shallow skillet over moderate heat whisk together the French’s mustard, preserves, broth and steak seasoning. Bring sauce to a bubble, add the chopped roast beef to the skillet and allow to simmer over low heat until ready to serve sandwiches. Place rolls cut surface up on a cookie sheet. Toast rolls in oven broiler to golden. Assemble sandwiches by placing a layer of arugula on each of 4 roll bottoms, and then, using a pair of kitchen tongs, place a layer of roast beef across arugula, then sprinkle with blue cheese and close sandwich with a roll lid. Serve ramekins or cups with extra dipping sauce along side the sandwiches.
This delicious and fully flavored hot sandwich is a great meal that your family will adore! It is so fun to have the dipping bowl of mustardy juice to dip your warm roast beef sandwich in. It's a family favorite and I hope you love it as much as we do!
