Frenchs' Crispy Califlower

My son smells this dish in the oven and knows ..it's gonna be a great dinner!!!

Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

4 lb Califlower

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tbsp kosher Salt

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, Clean Califlower,Cut flowers from stem.Place califlower in Roasting pan, mix with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and kosher salt and French's fried onions.
The Califlower..will become nutty while roasting and the fried onions make a wonderful crunch. this is an easy family favorite.Simple,elegant and delicious !!!
