Frenched Chicken

This dish is sweet and savory, and has my family's favorite fruit in it.

Ingredients:

4 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2.5 lb Chicken tenderloins

2.5 oz French Onion Soup mix

14 oz Canned Pineapple Chunks with juice

1 cup Pineapple Juice

Directions:

In a ziploc bag, crush French's French Fried Onions. Brown chicken tenderloins in a skillet. When the chicken is browned on both sides, add 1 cup pineapple juice, and the can of pineapple chunks with juice, bring to a simmer, then stir in the French Onion Soup mix. Let reduce until thickened, stir in the crushed French's French Fried Onions, let simmer 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
If you like you can always add stir fry veggies, or change up the meat, its great with steak tips too.
