when you get home frome a long day and open the door and the smell of roesmary french's onions puts a smile right on your face and you know its going to be a great night yum
Ingredients:
6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3 lb Boneless pork chop's 1-1/12 thick
1/2 cup olive oil more if needed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 tbsp Fresh Rosemary ( chop)
4 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1) Trim pork loin of fat. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Remove Rosemary from sprigs and coarsely chop. In a large plastic bag, crush onions and combine Rosemary with all dry ingredients and mix well, then empty bag onto a large cookie sheet.
3) Brush each pork loin lightly on all sides with olive oil, then roll and press dry ingredients to completely cover pork. Place pork in sprayed 8 x 11 ½ pyrex dish.
4) Brush with salad dressing on top side and cook for 15 minutes. Turn pork over and brush with dressing. Continue to cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140 - 145 degrees. Do not over cook. Remove to clean platter.
