French Pork Nanette

A simple way to recreate classic french taste while cooking simply!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

6 oz 4 Center Cut Pork Chops

10.5 oz Cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup

6 oz white wine

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp tarragon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Organize all ingredients. 1. melt butter and oil in large frying pan. 2. season pork chops with salt and pepper. 3. Brown cook chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, transfer to holding plate. 4. deglaze pan with wine. Add thyme. 5. Add cream of chicken soup and French's Honey Dijon Mustard and stir till smooth. Add Tarragon. 6. Return pork chops to sauce, cover and cook for 5 more minutes until just firm to touch. 7. Remove to serving plate, garnish with additional tarragon sprig.
Serve with cooked rice. Bon Appetit!
