French Onion Mini Meatloaf

This recipe has classic flavors with an updated twist. It is easy to prepare and delicious! Kids and adults love it because everyone gets his or her own portion with crispy edges.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 red onion

15 oz beef broth

1/2 lb slices of rye bread

2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb swiss cheese slices

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp pepper

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. - Heat oil in a medium saucepan. - Slice red onion and add to pan. Season with 1/2 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until onions are tender. - Pour one 15 ounce can of beef broth into the pan. Remove pan from heat. - Toast 4 slices of rye bread. Cut into cubes and place into a large bowl. - Add one cup of the onion and broth mixture to the rye bread. - In the same bowl, add the beef, French's Worcestershire Sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon each of salt and pepper. Add an additional 1/2 cup of onion and broth mixture to the beef. - Combine all the ingredients by hand. Form 6 mini meatloaves and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove meatloves and top with onions from onion and broth mixture. Top each with one slice of swiss cheese and a sprinkle of French's French Fried Onions. Place in oven for five additional minutes to melt the cheese. - Serve and enjoy!
