What a way to wake up - with a French Kiss in the morning. This quiche is so easy to make and comes out perfect every time. Makes a wonderful tray for an office party and holiday gift.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb bulk sausage
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Half and Half
2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Cook and brown thoroughly sausage, then drain.
Place in bottom of pie crust and cover with cheese.
Beat eggs, half and half, 1 Big Squeeze of French's Honey Dijon Mustard, 1/4 cups of Frenchs French Fried Onion Rings, salt and pepper. Pour over the top of sausage and cheese in the pie crust. Top with 1/4 cup Frenchs French Fried Onion Rings. Cover the edges of the pie curst for the first 45 minutes of baking to prevent burning. Bake at 325* for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
