I love this recipe at christmas. Its a family tradition.

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup currants

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 1 gram cracker crust

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix cheese, eggs, seasonings, and milk. Add the onions. Add currants. Pour into the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the tart is risen and lightly browned. Served warm as a side dish or appetizer.
