French Fried Onion Crusted Salmon Patties

I grew up in a small town and my mom used to fix salmon patties with pinto beans occasionally, so I took the recipe and added my own touch. My family loves it and I hope that you will.

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 pt fish pink salmon

2 cup Egg

1 cup GreenOnion

3 oz Tomato

2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

1 tbsp Yellow Mustard

1.5 cup Cooking oil

4 tbsp salt

6 tbsp pepper

Directions:

1. Open Salmon and drain completely 2. Chop green onions and tomatoes and put in large mixing bowl 3. Put drained salmon in the bowl with the onions and tomatoes 4. Put the eggs in a seperate bowl and whisk for 1 minute 5. Add the eggs and 1 cup of bread crumbs to the mixture in the bowl 5. Mix together and shape small patties 6. Put 1 cup of bread crumbs in another bowl 7. Take patty and coat into the bread crumb mixture 8. Coat patty with french fried onions on both sides 9. Put patties in a large skillet with oil on medium heat 10. Fry until slightly golden brown on each side
