French Fried Onion and Spinich Quiche

Serve quiche with muffins and fruit and you have a quick and easy brunch or lunch.

Ingredients:

12 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 rolled unbaked crust

2 9 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinich

3 eggs

1/2 cup medium cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

4 oz half and half or whole milk

Directions:

Microwave frozen spinich as directed on package. Pour into strainer to drain and cool. Unroll crust into 9 inch pie plate and set aside. Put eggs and milk in mixing bowl and stir until blended. Stir in cheeses. Add cooked spinich and stir until well mixed. Pour mixture into unbaked crust and top with French Fried Onions. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40 minutes or until crust is browned and quiche is set.
