This recipe brings smiles because number one it taste good. Secondly, it was created as a family collaboration when my children were young and I was teaching them how to cook. We wanted to put a different spin on Turkey Meatloaf. Everyone in the household was a little bored with the routine turkey burgers and turkey meatloaf. So, this was a challenge for the kids to come up with some alternative ingredients. Now, each time it is prepared and served there are fond memories of their childhood and it is a recipe they will be able pass along to their children as a recipe that was created with their influence.
