Ingredients:

.25 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 lb dry rotini pasta

7 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

6 tbsp all purpose flour

5 cup whole milk

1 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1.5 gal water

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add water and salt to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the rotini and cook until just al dente. While the pasta cooks, melt 6 tablespoons of the butter in a large saucepan over moderate heat. When the butter has melted, stir in the flour and cook over low/medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the French's Dijon Mustard, French's Classic Worcestershire Sauce and black pepper and stir well to combine. Add the shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese and stir over medium heat with a wooden spoon until cheese has fully melted. Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and stir to evenly coat. Grease a 2 quart baking dish with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, pour in the macaroni and cheese and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the French's French Fried Onions over the top and bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the top is lightly browned and the edges are bubbling.
For extra cheese flavor, try French's Cheddar French Fried Onions on top. Also, I've found out the hard way that it's always a good idea to have a back-up can of French Fried Onions stashed away. It seems that while I'm cooking and my back is turned, most of them magically disappear!
