Footz Grilled Spicy Fish

This recipe brings smiles to my children each time we make it. Not only is the preparation easy for me but it is easy for my children to do also.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 tsp Favorite Cajun Seasoning

Directions:

Place a dressed fish (Bream, Crappie, or Bass) on sheet of aluminum foil. Coat both sides of fish with approximately one (1) tbsp of FRENCH’s Spicy Brown Mustard. Sprinkle one (1) tsp of your favorite Cajun Seasoning on top of mustard. Wrap fish and place on medium heated grill for approximately 5-10 minutes on each side depending on thickness of fish. Remove from grill. Cut open foil packet and enjoy.
