Fish in a Flash

This recipe is soooo simple and yummy. Very little prep involved and made with staples that most people have on hand. All one has to do is pick up some fish on the way home and dinner is served!

SERVINGS 2
COOK TIME 30 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/4 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Butter

2 Cod Filet

1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

2 tbsp Parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

1) Over medium heat, pan fry 2 filets (dash of salt and pepper on each filet) of your favorite fish in 1 T olive oil + 1T butter (about 5 min on each side depending on the thickness of your filets). 2) Remove fish from pan and set aside on serving platter. Cover with foil to keep warm. 3) Add 1/2 c reduced sodium chicken broth to pan to deglaze (still over medium heat). 4) Whisk in 1 tsp of your favorite French's mustard, a dash of French's worchestershire sauce, 1 T of cold unsalted butter and some chopped parsley to make the sauce. Reduce until slightly thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over fish and enjoy!
