Feta Florentine Turkey Sliders with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Cheese Spread

This Feta Florentine Turkey Slider is packed with so many Tuscan Flavor it cant help but bring smiles to my family and any other family who serves this delicious slider at the dinner table. Crisp golden prosciutto wrapped turkey patty is packed with feta cheese, fresh spinach leaves, French's Worcestershire Sauce that will have anyone begging for seconds. The Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Spread will give this juicy turkey slider a flavor to be reckoned with!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomato Pesto (prefer classico)

2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese

2 lb ground turkey

1 cup thinly sliced fresh spinach leaves

12 slices of prosciutto, sliced medium thin

12 soft dinner rolls, warmed in oven

Directions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. To make Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Spread: Combine mayonnaise, sundried tomato pesto, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, spinach leaves, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. pepper. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and, using your hands, shape into 12 small burgers about 3 1/2-inches wide. Place 1 turkey patty in center of prosciutto, Wrap prosciutto around patty. If the prosciutto is a large piece, trim off excess to fit turky patty tightly. Repeat for each turkey patty. Place the turkey patties prosciutto-covered side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until prosciutto is golden and turn patty over and grill until done, about 3-4 minutes more. To assemble the sliders: Spread a thin layer or more if you desire of Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Cheese Spread on the top part of each bun, Set aside. Place a turkey prosciutto wrapped patty on bottom of bun and add the top bun and devour! Serves: 6, prep time: 20 minutes, grilling time: 10 minutes
