It is healthy dish fllled with omega 3 fish oil.and so easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 tsp white horse radish
Directions:
wash 6 fillets of salmon. place in a baking pan, that has been sprayed with oil. crush French"s=onion's and mix with the mustard and horse radish. Spread on top of the fish. Bake for 20 minutes.
this is a great dish to make when one is in a hurry.Or for company,because you do not have too spend a lot of time in the Kitchen,and be spending more time with your guests.
