My kids LOVE this recipe!!! I never thought they'd eat them.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Cook 2 medium size chicken breasts in 2 Cups of water and 2 Tbsp of chicken bouillon. When cooked thoroughly, remove chicken from broth, save the broth for later in the recipe, and chop chicken finely.
In wok, saute 1 clove garlic, 1 TBSP ground ginger in 1 Tbsp oil. Add 1 package of prepared coleslaw (the cabbage and carrots found in the produce section of the grocery store) Add the chicken broth that was saved earlier and simmer until cabbage is wilted, about 4-5 min. drain and return to pan, add chicken. Spoon onto egg roll wrappers and wrap, seal with water and deep fry until golden brown.
