It is so easy & delicious plus it was my Dad's favorite way to eat chops or steak.
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 lb Lamb Chops
2 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Paprika
Wash and thoroughly dry lamp chops. Smear with French's Mustard, sprinkle with garlic salt on both sides. Sprinkle paprika on one side only. Place in broiler for approximately 8-10 minutes per side until browned.
You may use same treatment for steaks; just yummy!!
