Easy Zesty Baked Eggs

This dish makes for a great start to the day. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Chives

1/2 cup Half and Half Cream

3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese

8 Eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In quart saucepan, combine mustard, mayonnaise salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chives. gradually add half and half, stirring constantly, and continue to stir until smoth. Add cheese, and cook over low heat, stirring, until chesse is melted. Spray 8 individual muffin cups with olive oil spray and pour 1 T of sauce into each cup. Break 1 egg into each cup and top with rest of sauce. Bake uncovered approx. 17 to 20 minutes, or until eggs are of desired consistency. Oven temperatures vary.
