Easy Mustard Salsa Chicken

This recipe is quick and easy with minimal clean-up. Great to serve for company or any night of the week!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

1 cup prepared salsa-fresh

1/3 cup mayonnaise-good quality

2 lb chicken breast-boneless, skinless

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a baking dish (big enough to hold chicken in single layer)mix the French's Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard, the salsa, and the mayonnaise. Stir until combined. Add the chicken breasts, turn to coat. Place the baking dish in the pre-heated oven and bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. After 20 minutes cut into thickest part of chicken, done when no longer pink.
Use fresh prepared salsa from the refrigerator section of the grocery store. Serve with some fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes and dinner is done!
