Easy Lamb Chops

It's easy for the cook and everyone loves it!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 4 lamb chops

.5 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp butter

1/4 tbsp pepper

1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:

Brown chops quickly in 1 tablespoon butter -- 4 minutes on each side under medium rare. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Spoon sauce over chops to coat.
