My kids love deviled eggs, but all the chopping of the pickles and onions kept me from making them very often. This way they get the pickle flavor from the tartar sauce and the onion flavor from the fried onions.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
6 tbsp Tartar Sauce
12 oz hard boiled eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Hard boil eggs. Cool under running water as shells are removed. Slice eggs in half, leaving oblong halves. Remove yolks, smash with fork, and mix with other ingredients, except onions. Adjust quantities according to taste preferences. Put mixture back into egg halves and garnish with the fried onions.
