Easy Crusted Salmon Burgers 3 Cans Pink Salmon 1 Egg 1 Can FRENCH's Fried Onions 1/8 Cup Mayonaise or plain nonfat Yogurt 1/8 Cup FRENCH's Worschester Sauce 1/8 Cup FRENCH's Honey Mustard 1 tsp. dried Tarragon 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes S & P to taste Drain and flake both cans of salmon and place in medium bowl. In a measuring cup or another small bowl, add egg, mayonaise OR yogurt, FENCH's Worschester Sauce, FRENCH's Honey Mustard, salt and pepper to taste and beat mixture for approx. minute. Stir into bowl with salmon, and crush and add 1/4 can of the FRENCH's Fried Onions - (reserve the remaining 3/4 portion of FRENCH's Fried Onions for breading mixture). Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and scoop out 1/2 cup salmon and form into patties. You should end up with 6 salmon patties. Crush remaining FRENCH's Fried Onions and stir together with tarragon, dried parsley flakes and additional S & P to taste. Press salmon patties onto onion/herb mixture and bread evenly on all sides. Place patties on slightly greased cookie pan and bake @ 425' for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until desired golden brown color. Healthy alternative to regular fish sticks, so Mom and kids can both smile.
For some added smiles, try slicing a thin strip of red bellpepper and shape the strip into a smile on each patty, along with black olives for eyes (or raisins) and a thin round slice of carrot for a nose. SMILES guaranteed!
