Ingredients:
4 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
8 oz Swiss cheese singles
1/2 lb shredded ham
4 oz blue cheese
2 cup chicken stock
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butterfly chicken breasts. These should be approximately 1/4" to 1/2" in thickness. Turn each breast upside-down and add a slice of Swiss cheese, a small amount of blue cheese, and shredded ham. Roll or fold breast over these ingredients and fix with a couple of toothpicks. In a bowl, scramble eggs well. Add salt and ground pepper. Crush French's French Fried Onions and place in a second bowl. Roll top of chicken breast in egg mixture, then roll breast in onions. Place in a glass baking dish, onion side up. Bake until chicken is firm (approximately 30 minutes). While chicken is baking, boil chicken stock, thickening with cornstarch to make a thin gravy. Add salt, pepper, and French's Worcestershire Sauce. When chicken has finished baking, pour gravy on plate and place breast on this.
