Delicate Honey Dijon Chicken Croissants

This is a family favorite! It is so easy to prepare with a store bought rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store or deli. We use 'traditional flavor' rotisserie chicken but any favorite flavor could be substituted. These croissant sandwiches are so tasty, your family and friends will think you spent hours preparing them!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup Honey

2 tsp Mustard Seed

6 Large Croissants

6 Lettuce Leaves

1 Cooked Rotisserie Chicken - Traditional Flavor

Directions:

In small bowl stir together French's Honey Dijon Mustard, honey and mustard seed. Put in refrigerator until needed. Skin and de-bone rotisserie chicken. Tear or cut into bite size pieces. Cut croissants in half and lay open on baking sheet. Pile 1/6 of cooked chicken on the bottom half of each croissant and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the mustard honey sauce. Place under broiler for 1 - 2 minutes until croissant is toasted golden brown. Remove from baking sheet, add some lettuce and place tops on croissants. Serve immediately.
You can double the 'mustard honey sauce' recipe to give each of your guests a little extra for dipping if so desired.
