This fried rice is so easy to make yet so flavorful. Mustard and cuury powder give this dish a gorgeous yellow color. Pineapples provides sweet tartness. Fun to make and eat!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
4 cup Cooked sticky rice (packed)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Medium Onion, minced
1 cup Frozen vegetable medley
1.5 cup Canned pineapple tidbits, drained
6.4 oz Beef franks
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Cut 4 beef franks into 1/2, lengthwise. Then cut into tidbits horizontally. Set aside.2. Over medium heat, cook onion in olive oil in a pot. 3. Add frank pieces. Cook well. 4. Add vegetables and pineapples.5. Add mustard, curry powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper. Cook to mix.6. Add rice and cook to mix evenly.7. Add rest of salt. Mix evenly. Enjoy!
