Crystal's Honey Mustard Chicken

This is the only chicken my toddler will seat and eat a full serving of! You can't beat a full baby's belly!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 lb Chicken Breast

2 tsp Onion Powder

1 cup Cooking Sherry Wine

1 cup Honey

1/2 cup mayo

Directions:

In a small bowl mix salt, pepper, onion powder. Rub on chicken. In a med-large frying pan sear outside of chicken in olive oil until brown. Remove pan from heat add Sherry and water. Place back on heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes turning chicken once. While chicken is cooking, Mix both mustards, honey and mayo in a bowl. When chicken is done remove extra broth from pan leaving about 2 tbls of the broth with chicken. Pour in honey mustard mixture and simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes making sure the chicken is well coated. Serve.
