Cruncy Tuscan Style Tilapia

This taste like something that you've spent a long time on but it's really simple and easy to make. My kids even love to eat this healthy and hearty dish!

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

4 Tilapia fillets

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/3 cup Italian Salad Dressing

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

26 oz Prepared Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. 2.Crush French's French Fried Onions into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs with the parmesan cheese and pour into a pie pan. Pour the Italian salad dressing in a separate pie pan. 3.Pat each Tilapia with a dry paper towl to absorb moisture. Dip one Tilapia fillet at a time in the Italian dressing. Allow excess dressing to run off of the fillets and then place the fillet in the bread crumb mixture. Use your hands to coat each side evenly. 4.Place the coated tilapia on the prepared cookie sheet. Loosely lay a piece of foil on top of the tilapia. ( Do not fold the ends of the foil under the pan.) Bake for 15 minutes. 5.Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tilapia. Return to oven, uncovered, for an additional 3 minutes. 6.Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and the red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes. Carefully add the spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. 7. Serve the Tilapia and sauce over cooked angel hair pasta.
