Crunchy Turkey Burgers

The children think they are eating a beef hamburger because the Worcestershire Sauce turns the burgers a golden brown color, and my husband, who cannot eat beef, thinks he is.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

16 oz White Turkey Burger Patties

4 Kieser Rolls

2 tbsp mayonnaise

4 oz Swiss Cheese

8 oz Roasted Red Peppers

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Marinate turkey burgers in Worcestershire Sauce in plastic bag for 20 min., turning to coat. Blend mustard and mayonnaise together and set aside. Remove burgers from marinade and grill or broil, turning when brown (about 5 min.) The last min. place onion rings on top, cover with swiss cheese and cook until cheese has melted. Spread sauce on cut side of toasted Kieser rolls, place cooked burgers and add roasted red pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Roasted red peppers can be from a jar or roast a red pepper and cut into 4 pieces.
