Crunchy Salmon Patties

The extra crunch and flavor of the French's onions brings a new pizzazz to an old favorite.

Ingredients:

16 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

2 eggs

8 saltines

1/2 cup self-rising flour

15 oz canned pink salmon

1/4 cup oil for frying

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Remove and discard skin and bones from 15oz can of salmon. Combine salmon with French's worcestershire, 1 cup French's onions, 1 egg, salt and pepper and crushed saltines. In a shallow bowl or pie plate combine the flour and remaining cup of French's oninons. Beat 1 egg. Form Salmon into patties, dip in egg, then in flour/onion mixture. Pan fry over medium heat util golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
