This recipe brings smiles to me and my family because it allows us to always be able to sit down together at the end of the day and enjoy a home-cooked meal, regardless of a time constraint. It is very important to me to have everyone together at the end of the day and eat, talk about the day, and connect. This is a tradition that my mother enforced throughout my childhood and I am looking to continue as I move forward with my life. This is an easy, quick delicious recipe that will help me do that.
