Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1/2 lb Ground Chuck

2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish

2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

12 Pepper Jack Cheese cubes (1/2"x1/2"x1/2")

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Place the French fried onions into a quart sized plastic bag and crush into crumbs. In a medium sized bowl, combine the ground chuck, pickle relish, ketchup, and mustard. Form 12 meatballs (2 tablespoons each) from the hamburger mixture. Flatten meatball and place a cheese cube in center. Fold the hamburger mixture up around the cheese to form a ball and close any holes the best you can. Repeat with remaining cheese and meatballs. Roll each meatball in the French fried onion crumbs and coat completely. Evenly space the meatballs on an 11”x17” cookie sheet. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to burn. Allow to cool slightly, serve with party toothpicks, and enjoy!
