Crunchy Onion Broccoli Casserole

It's light, tasty, and most of all includes French's Fried Onions

Ingredients:

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

2 lb frozen broccoli, broccolli & cauliflower, or broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

3 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers

4 oz processed cheese product (such as Velveeta)

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Reserve 1 cup French Fried Onions for top of casserole. Begin to cook frozen vegetable on stove on medium low. A little after half way done (approx 10 min), mix in red bell peppet, cream cheese, processed cheese, hot pepper sauce and remaining French Fried Onions until chesses are melted. Mix well. Place vegetable mixture into 3 quart casserole dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until vegetable are tender, uncovered. Sprinkle remaining French Fried Onions on top of the casserole. Bake 5 minutes, or just until French Fried Onions begn to brown.
A good side dish to switch up the green bean casserole.
