Crunchy Crescents

Everybody loves the crunchy French Fried Onion tops and the creamy tangy mustardy middle!

Ingredients:

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

3 tsp FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

16 oz Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

4 oz Deli-sliced swiss cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly crush French's French Fried Onions in plastic bag, transfer to a small bowl. Cut each slice of cheese diagonally twice to make 16 small cheese triangles. Separate refrigerated crescent rolls into 16 triangles. Spread a small amount of French's Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard on each piece of dough, sprinkle each with a teaspoon of crushed French Fried Onions, top with a cheese triangle, then roll up into crescents. Dip each crescent into the bowl of French Fried Onions to coat, then place on ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 - 20 minutes or until browned.
These are easier to roll if the cheese is at room temperature.
