Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

1/4 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts

1 egg

5 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce

1 cup Flour

12 Ready to eat dinner rolls

1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese salad dressing (from produce section)

1/4 cup water

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into small roll-sized pieces. Pierce each piece with fork. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, water and 2 teaspoons Frank's hot sauce. Place flour on small plate, adding salt and pepper to taste. Crunch French's French Fried Cheddar Onions in a bag and put on a small plate. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, dredge in flour and then coat in crunched onions, (press firmly to make sure it sticks). Bake chicken pieces for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Mix salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce and 2-3 tsps (or to family's taste!) Frank's Hot Sauce. Lightly toast dinner roll halves in non-stick pan until just brown and slightly crispy. Spread sauce on each side of bun (or more, if desired!), add crunchy chicken to roll. Enjoy! Optional toppings: slices of avocado, lettuce, tomato slice
